Request for Additional Test Report Forms (TRF)
You may request to order additional copies at at any time within two years of the test date, by submitting an additional TRF request form (PDF). An administration charge of $21.00 CAD per copy will be charged for this service.
Your additional TRF will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that it may take up to 3 weeks for the Recognizing Organization to acknowledge receipt of your application.
Test results are valid for two years from the date of the test.
